Ease of Use

The lightweight and ergonomic design of the UltraFine Fractional Scanner allows the Matrix to rapidly and effective treat damaged skin. The operator can select from multiple settings including size, shape, density and duration; to tailor the energy applied to the specific needs of each patient. Scanner provides an 18mm spot size and can complete treat full faces in 15 minutes.

The affordable cost and two year warranty set this system apart from other units. There are no required disposables and its compact design with no special power requirements provide physicians the ability to realize a return on investment in a short period of time.

MicroAblative Density Options

The UltraFine Fractional Scanner provides practitioners with the flexibility to choose the area of skin left untreated. MicroAblative Column (MAC) density options include 200 microns, 1-millimeter and 2-millimeters.

Pulse Duration for Precise Depth of Treatment

Each pulse of CO2 energy ablates a column of tissue. As ablation occurs, deep heating stimulates and promotes collagen realignment. Because all patients desires are not the same, the pulse duration is adjustable from 60 – 600 microns allowing practitioners to safely control the amount of tissue vaporization.

Payment Policy / Information

For high-value items ($5,000+) we collect a deposit as a first step in purchasing the product. Deposits cancelled in under 48 hours from the initial payment are refundable. Beyond that time, we don’t provide deposit refunds.

We will contact you directly once the deposit has been registered with us and discuss subsequent payment options and both shipping and delivery dates. We accept only bank wires and ACH's for large sums ($10,000+) and will provide those banking details to you directly.

Shipping Policy / Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. We may have shipping special offers - like free shipping - and those will be prominently displayed. What follows is our standard shipping policy.

Home-Use Products (under 10lbs): When you place an order for a Home-Use item or items - which are mostly under 10lbs - we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Professional Devices (10lbs and higher): 5-9 Day shipping is standard. The range of 5 to 9 days is based on where the item is shipped from. Expedited shipping for items can be provided for an added cost. When you place an order for a professional product, we will estimate the processing time, shipping dates, and delivery dates for you based on availability and the shipping departure point. Shipping rates are freight mode and weight-based.

Returns Policy / Information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We don't charge a restocking fee for home-use products, but deposits on professional devices are not refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@aesthetics-exchange.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping address and packing instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 45 business days. Please note it that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
